At Reel Athlete we have built a system that streamlines the relationship between the athlete and the coach. We are motivated to provide athletes with the opportunity to play at the next level and collaborate with the coaches to get the student athlete that deserves to be on their team.
No matter how good of a golfer you are, you have to be seen. A Reel Athlete account will help you to make that happen. Reel Athlete will make all of this easier, more succinct and a much more thorough process for everyone involved. The athlete wants to get a great education and play college golf. The parents want to make sure that they are sending their athletes to a place they respect and are excited about. The coach wants good grades, a good athlete and someone who is a good fit for their team.
Anything short of that at any level and things fall apart. No one wants that!

It’s time for the next step in your golf journey, it’s time for college golf! One problem in this plan, it’s a very crowded landscape. The High School Participation Survey shows that there are over 223,000 men and women that play high school golf. Once they started college, only 13,921 were able to play golf. That means only 6.2% were able to take their game to the next level and meet their dreams and goal of becoming an NCAA athlete!
What does that mean? It means 6.2% were good enough to transition to a college program and they were able to effectively connect with the right coach with the right information. It also means they spent a lot of time researching the internet, sending emails or handwriting letters. Trying to do whatever they could do to impress a coach even though you don’t know exactly what the coach needs or is looking for … or the best way to make the initial approach.
