This version of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy is designated as a locked,
authoritative version. No modifications shall apply unless expressly approved by ReelATHLETE
LLC and republished with a revised “Last updated” date.
This Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) governs Your access to and use of
the ReelATHLETE website and services. This Agreement describes Our policies and procedures
regarding the collection, use, disclosure, ownership, licensing, and protection of information,
content, and media, and explains Your rights and obligations under applicable law.
By accessing, registering for, or using ReelATHLETE’s website, content, services, and media
(collectively, the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms &
Conditions and Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with any portion of this
Agreement, you must immediately discontinue access to the Service.
You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise legally authorized to enter
into this Agreement. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that your
use is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words with initial capitalization have meanings defined below. These definitions apply regardless
of whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
• Account means a unique account created directly through the ReelATHLETE Website
that enables You to access certain features of the Service.
• ReelATHLETE LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the
laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, operates the Service. All references
in this Agreement to “ReelATHLETE,” “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refer to
ReelATHLETE LLC.
• Content means any text, data, graphics, images, audio, video, footage, photographs,
likenesses, names, biographical information, recordings, software, or other materials.
• Cookies are small data files stored on Your Device.
• Country / Jurisdiction refers to the State of Texas, United States of America.
• Device means any device capable of accessing the Service.
• Media means photographs, videos, audio recordings, digital footage, voice, likeness, and
any other recorded representation of an individual.
• Personal Data means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Website and all related services, features, content, and offerings.
• Service Provider means any third party that processes data on behalf of the Company.
• Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or social network through
which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service; however, ReelATHLETE
does not permit account creation or login via social media platforms.
• Usage Data means data collected automatically through use of the Service.
• Website refers to ReelATHLETE, accessible at http://reelathlete.tv.
• You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Eligibility and Account Access
Access to and use of the Service is limited to individuals who are legally competent to form a
binding contract under applicable law. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete
information when creating an account and to maintain and promptly update your account
information.
Accounts may only be created and accessed directly through the ReelATHLETE Website.
ReelATHLETE does not permit login or account creation through social media platforms or
third-party social networking services. Users may access the Website using various web browsers
or internet service providers (including Google Chrome, Safari, or similar), but all authentication
credentials are maintained solely within the ReelATHLETE platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials and for all
activities that occur under Your Account.
Membership Fees, Billing, and Changes to Fees
Depending on the level of membership selected, ReelATHLETE may charge a registration fee,
subscription fee, or other recurring or non-recurring fees in connection with access to the
Service. Certain membership tiers may be offered at no cost, while other tiers require payment in
order to access premium features, content, or services.
All applicable fees, billing intervals, and payment obligations will be clearly disclosed at the time of registration
or prior to purchase. By selecting a paid membership or service, you authorize ReelATHLETE to
charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method in accordance with the terms presented at checkout.
ReelATHLETE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, increase, decrease, or
introduce new fees for any membership level, service, or feature at any time. Any changes to fees
will apply prospectively only and will not affect charges already incurred.
Notice of fee changes will be provided through reasonable means, which may include posting
updated pricing on the Website, displaying notices within your account dashboard, or sending
notice via email or other communication methods associated with your account. Continued use
of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
If you do not agree to a change in fees, your sole remedy is to cancel your membership prior to
the effective date of the change. Failure to cancel before the effective date will result in charges
being processed at the updated rate.
ReelATHLETE is not responsible for fees charged by third parties, including but not limited to
payment processors, financial institutions, or currency conversion providers. All payments are
non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by ReelATHLETE.
College Placement and Recruiting Disclaimer
ReelATHLETE provides exposure, media, tools, and access intended to increase visibility
between athletes and coaches. ReelATHLETE does not guarantee athletic placement,
recruitment, roster positions, scholarships, or acceptance onto any college golf or into any
collegiate athletic program.
All recruiting, participation, and scholarship decisions are made exclusively by colleges,
universities, coaches, conferences, and governing athletic organizations. ReelATHLETE does not
act as an agent, recruiter, or representative of any institution.
Personal Appearance Release
By participating in or appearing in any media captured, produced, or distributed by
ReelATHLETE, you grant ReelATHLETE the right to use your name, image, likeness, voice,
performance, and other identifiable attributes for lawful purposes, including but not limited to
platform display, promotion, marketing, distribution, and related business activities.
For participants under the age of 18, participation is permitted only with the consent of a parent
or legal guardian. By providing such consent, the parent or legal guardian represents that they
have the legal authority to grant these rights on behalf of the minor.
ReelATHLETE is committed to respecting the privacy and safety of all participants. Any additional
information collected for production purposes—including interviews, locations, or behind-the-scenes
content—is used solely for content creation and is not intended for public disclosure unless
expressly included in the final published media.
Media may be displayed publicly on the ReelATHLETE platform and in promotional materials.
If you believe your likeness appears in ReelATHLETE media and have questions or concerns,
you may contact info@reelathlete.tv. ReelATHLETE will review requests and, where
appropriate, make reasonable efforts to address them, including editing, blurring, or removal
when necessary for privacy, safety, or legal compliance.
Participation in ReelATHLETE media is voluntary. No compensation is provided for the use of
an individual’s likeness unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. ReelATHLETE
reserves the right to edit, modify, limit distribution of, or remove any media at its discretion to
comply with legal, safety, platform, or community standards.
This Personal Appearance Release is governed by and subject to the ReelATHLETE Terms and
Conditions, which control in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
Media Ownership, Intellectual Property, Distribution, Screening, and Limited Promotional Use
All content made available through the Service, including but not limited to videos, photographs,
audio recordings, digital footage, graphics, logos, text, software, compilations, and other
materials (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to ReelATHLETE and is protected by United
States copyright law, trademark law, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
All media created, filmed, recorded, captured, edited, produced, or otherwise generated by
ReelATHLETE, whether in raw form or final edited form (“Media”), is the exclusive property of
ReelATHLETE. This includes, without limitation, raw footage, edited footage, derivative works,
compilations, still frames, audio tracks, voice recordings, and all associated intellectual property
and proprietary rights. No ownership rights, licenses, or interests in such Media are transferred to
You by virtue of access to, participation in, or appearance within the Media.
ReelATHLETE retains the sole and exclusive right to host, publish, distribute, stream, exhibit,
screen, display, transmit, license, sublicense, monetize, archive, modify, edit, or otherwise
exploit any Content or Media, in whole or in part, in any format or medium now known or
hereafter developed, including but not limited to websites, applications, digital platforms,
streaming services, social media, broadcast, promotional materials, and public or private
screenings.
Except as expressly permitted below, You may not copy, reproduce, download, distribute,
modify, edit, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, license, sublicense, repost, upload, or
otherwise exploit any Content or Media for any purpose without the prior written consent of ReelATHLETE.
This prohibition includes, without limitation, posting or re-posting any Media
on third-party platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, or any other
social media, video hosting, or streaming service.
Limited Promotional Use Exception
At ReelATHLETE’s sole discretion, ReelATHLETE may grant certain athletes or users a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to share specific, pre-approved clips or
excerpts of Media solely for personal promotional purposes. Any such permission must be
expressly granted by ReelATHLETE in writing or through an official ReelATHLETE-designated
distribution method.
This limited promotional use is subject to the following conditions:
• Only Media specifically designated or provided by ReelATHLETE for promotional
sharing may be used
• Media may not be altered, edited, cropped, filtered, or modified in any way
• All ReelATHLETE branding, logos, watermarks, and credits must remain intact and
visible
• Media may not be used for commercial resale, paid advertising, endorsements, sponsorships,
or third-party promotions
• Media may not be sublicensed, transferred, or shared with third parties for further distribution
• ReelATHLETE may revoke this permission at any time, for any reason, without notice
Any use of Media outside the scope of this limited promotional exception constitutes
unauthorized use and a material breach of this Agreement.
All Content and Media made available on the Service remains hosted and controlled by
ReelATHLETE and is intended to reside exclusively on the ReelATHLETE platform unless
otherwise authorized. Unauthorized redistribution or use of Media may result in immediate
revocation of access to the Service, removal of Content, account termination, and legal action.
All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and branding displayed on the Service are
owned by ReelATHLETE LLC or are used under license. Nothing in this Agreement grants You
any right, license, or permission to use such trademarks, service marks, or branding without the
prior written consent of ReelATHLETE.
Media Release, Likeness, and Clearance
This section supplements and expands upon the Personal Appearance Release above and is not
intended to limit or replace it. By accessing or using the Service, participating in filming,
recording, or production activities, or submitting Content, You hereby grant ReelATHLETE
LLC, its affiliates, successors, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free
license and right to record, use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly
display, perform, stream, transmit, and otherwise exploit Your name, image, likeness, voice,
appearance, biographical information, and Media in any format and in any media now known or
later developed, for any lawful purpose, including advertising, marketing, promotion, and
commercial use, without compensation.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if You elect to engage ReelATHLETE to provide paid production
services, including but not limited to a Reel Hype or Player Profile Video (current names),
ReelATHLETE’s production team will collaborate with You in good faith regarding creative
direction, structure, and presentation in order to work toward a final product that reflects the
agreed-upon objectives and promotes client satisfaction. Payment for production services does
not constitute a transfer of ownership, copyright, or approval rights unless expressly stated in a
separate written agreement executed by ReelATHLETE.
Any collaboration, scope of work, revision allowances (if any), timelines, deliverables, and final
production terms shall be governed exclusively by the written production documents,
agreements, or releases presented by ReelATHLETE at the time production services are agreed
upon. In the event of any conflict, those production-specific documents shall control.
You further acknowledge and agree that:
• All Media created or captured becomes the sole and exclusive property of ReelATHLETE
• ReelATHLETE has no obligation to use, publish, or distribute any Media except as expressly stated
in a separate written production agreement, You waive any right to inspect or approve the final product
• You waive any right to royalties, residuals, or other compensation arising from the use of
the Media
• You represent and warrant that You have the full legal authority to grant this release
• If You are a parent or legal guardian of a minor, You grant this release on behalf of the
minor and represent that You have the authority to do so
This release is binding upon You and Your heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
User Submissions
Any Content submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided by You to the Service (“User
Submissions”) may be used by ReelATHLETE in connection with the operation, promotion, and
improvement of the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
• You own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to submit the Content
• The Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• The Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
You grant ReelATHLETE a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce,
distribute, modify, display, and create derivative works from User Submissions.
Release of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
ReelATHLETE LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors,
and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses
(including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
• Use of the Service
• Participation in filming, events, or media production
• Use, display, or distribution of Media or Content
• Violation of this Agreement
• Any injury, loss, or damage occurring during or in connection with ReelATHLETE
activities
Live Events, On-Site Filming, and Recording
ReelATHLETE may conduct live events, practices, tournaments, interviews, or other activities
that involve on-site filming, photography, audio recording, or live streaming. By attending or
participating in any such event, You acknowledge and agree that You may be recorded and that
such recordings may be used in accordance with this Agreement.
You grant ReelATHLETE the unrestricted right to capture and use Your likeness, voice, and
appearance in connection with live or recorded events without compensation. You understand
that incidental capture of individuals in public or event settings may occur.
You assume all risks associated with attending or participating in live events, including personal
injury or property loss, and agree that ReelATHLETE shall not be liable for such risks except to
the extent required by law.
Use of Personal Data
ReelATHLETE collects and uses Personal Data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, monitor usage, and ensure functionality.
- Manage your account, verify identity, and authenticate your access to features.
- Perform contractual obligations for products, services, or other agreements.
- Communicate with you, including by email, SMS, phone, or push notifications regarding updates, security alerts, or news relevant to the Service.
- Provide marketing information, special offers, and notifications regarding products, services, or events, unless you opt out.
- Conduct data analysis, identify trends, measure promotional effectiveness, and improve overall user experience.
- Evaluate or execute mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or transfers of assets where Personal Data may be among transferred assets.
Sharing Personal Data
Personal Data may be shared under the following circumstances:
• With Service Providers assisting with Service delivery and analytics.
• With affiliates, under the condition that affiliates honor this Privacy Policy.
• With business partners to offer products, services, or promotions.
• Publicly, when interacting with other users on the Service.
• As part of legal obligations, business transfers, or regulatory requirements.
• With your explicit consent.
Retention, Deletion, and Transfer
• Personal Data will be retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this
Agreement, comply with legal obligations, enforce policies, or resolve disputes.
• Usage Data may be retained temporarily for security and analytical purposes.
• Your data may be transferred to and maintained in jurisdictions outside your country,
including locations with different data protection laws.
• You may request deletion or correction of Personal Data by contacting
info@reelathlete.tv, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Security
While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic
storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. ReelATHLETE cannot guarantee
absolute security.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use Session Cookies, Persistent Cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies for
authentication, functionality, analytics, security, and performance monitoring. You may control
cookie preferences through Your browser settings, though disabling cookies may limit
functionality.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect
Personal Data from children under 13 without verified parental or legal guardian consent. Where
such consent is provided, participation by minors is governed by the applicable releases and
consent provisions of this Agreement. If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected
from a child without proper authorization, we will promptly delete such information.
Links to Third-Party Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. ReelATHLETE is not responsible for the
content or privacy practices of such sites.
California Privacy Rights
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Requests
regarding Personal Data may be submitted to info@reelathlete.tv. ReelATHLETE will not
discriminate against users for exercising these rights.
Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service
shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Texas, and
You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Harass, abuse, defame, or harm others
• Misrepresent Your identity or affiliation
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
ReelATHLETE reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate legal action.
Advertising, Sponsorships, and Promotional Content
The Service may include advertising, sponsored content, promotional placements, affiliate links,
or branded partnerships. You acknowledge and agree that such advertising or sponsorships may
be integrated into videos, podcasts, website pages, social media extensions, live events, or other
Media produced or distributed by ReelATHLETE.
Unless expressly stated in writing, the inclusion of any advertising, sponsorship, or promotional
content does not constitute an endorsement by ReelATHLETE of any product, service, company,
or individual. ReelATHLETE reserves the right to modify, remove, or reposition advertising or
sponsored content at its sole discretion.
Termination and Account Suspension
ReelATHLETE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate Your
Account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates this
Agreement, applicable law, or is otherwise deemed harmful to ReelATHLETE, other users, or
third parties.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to You under this Agreement shall immediately
cease, and ReelATHLETE may delete or disable access to Your Account and related data, subject
to applicable legal obligations.
DMCA Copyright Policy
ReelATHLETE respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the
same. If You believe that any Content available on the Service infringes upon a copyright You
own or control, You may submit a written notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act (DMCA).
A DMCA notice must include:
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
At ReelATHLETE’s sole discretion, and once elected, binding upon both parties, any dispute,
claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service may be resolved
through binding arbitration administered in the State of Texas under applicable arbitration rules.
YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS
ONLY AND THAT YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION,
CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Force Majeure
ReelATHLETE shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by
circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural
disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, power failures, internet outages,
hosting failures, or pandemics.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision
shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining
provisions.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and ReelATHLETE LLC
regarding use of the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements,
representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
Changes to This Agreement
This Agreement is designated as a LOCKED VERSION. No modifications shall apply unless
expressly approved by ReelATHLETE LLC and republished with a revised “Last updated” date.
