Todd Tanner

Todd Tanner is a native of Utah with more than 26 years of competitive, recreational and educational golf experience.  He has had a very successful playing career locally and throughout the world.  Todd started golfing at age 14, and fell in love with the sport.

​He had a successful amateur and collegiate career. Todd attended Utah State university on a full ride golf scholarship. He then turned professional in 1998.

​Todd’s professional career includes a range of competitive experience; qualifying for the PGA Tour FBR Open in Scottsdale Arizona, and playing in 13 PGA Nationwide Tour Events.  He has successfully made it through to the second stage of PGA Tour School on two occasions and played on the Canadian Tour for 5 years. Todd continues to play competitively in the Utah section and regional events and became a PGA professional in 2015 as a member of the Utah Section.

Todd found joy in teaching developing other players. He is a US Kids Golf certified instructor. Todd was the recipient of the US Kids Top 50 instructors award in 2011.

Todd has had tremendous success in helping other build and develop sound fundamentals, competitive drive and joy for the game of golf.  Todd has experience teaching all ages, groups and abilities. Golf is a large part of Todd’s life and he enjoys helping others find their passion for the game.
